I am not currently taking on any new clients, although am now available for video or telephone catch-up consultations with my existing clients (to book, please just drop me an email).

FAQs

 

What is your cancellation policy?

To help enable as many people as possible the chance to get an appointment of their choosing, I operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy for all consultations - including video or telephone consults. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, it shall usually be counted against your allocated appointment time for that month.

How can I book an appointment?

Please drop me an email if you would like to book an appointment to see me, or if you would like further information on the packages I offer. Please note that I only see a very select number of clients at a time, so there may be a short wait to join the programmes.

Do you see children or young people?

Due to my personal areas of specialty, I am afraid that I do not currently offer any paediatric services.

What payment forms do you accept?

You will be sent an invoice prior to your initial consultation, which should be paid in full to confirm your appointment.
Following the initial consultation, you will be invoiced on a monthly basis. You can pay by bank transfer or securely with a debit or credit card, through Paypal.

Will my health insurance cover your services?

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to accept health insurance clients.
